Clinton as the next president of the United States after the end of the Cold War.At the same time, the Government of India implementeconomic reforms. In the firstterm of the President-elect’s inauguration speech, Clinton said “in many countries, theidea of the United States is an emerging force. See these ideas accepted by allcountries in the world, and we are sincerely happy. Our hopes, our hearts, our hands,are building democracy and freedom to the people of the same five continentstogether. Their cause is America’s cause.” The Clinton Administration realized hugechanges in the international situation after the Cold War. A long period of the ColdWar consumed the U.S. economy. After the end of the Cold War, the economicadvantages of the United States by the impact from the economies of Japan, Germany,in face of the new international situation, the Clinton administration take Economic,Security and Human Rights asdiplomatic system. Through economic diplomacy, theeconomic of the U.S. is developing vigorously,and expands overseas marketstoestablish strategic cooperation partners. The purpose is to set up its image which isthe single superpower.The situation in the world has changed by military confrontation to economiccompetition. Focus on the new situation in Asia to expand gradually, India’s economicdiplomacy to ensure that U.S. interests in the region. India’s economic reforms needto support the U.S. vigorously. Both the United States and India start from theirrespective national interests, by the common demands geopolitical and mutualrecognition of the democratic system.The Clinton Administration to India’s economicdiplomacy both huge economic benefits. The United States won India’s vast marketand high-quality talent. U.S. has assuraced and developed as well as the interests indeveloping countries and South Asia. India get a lot of aid and investment form theUnited States. This is a win-win economic diplomacy.
