Culture is an important part of socialist construction, a necessary part of thetheoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since2000, someexperts and scholars of theorists began a systematic study of cultural development. Inthe National Social Science Fund projects, research and cultural developmentstrategies are the subject of arrangements. In recent years, research and culturaldevelopment of our country has achieved initial results. But how in basicresearch abroad and cultural development of our country has been made on the actualShaanxi Province, in-depth Analysis of relevant research building cultural provinceof Shaanxi, is still relatively weak. For this reason, I chose to difficulties andcountermeasures in Shaanxi province and cultural construction as a graduate thesistopic, and in the paper starting with the construction of the theory of culturalmeaning, analyzing the construction of cultural province of Shaanxi, ShaanxiCultural Development Analysis the advantages and shortcomings. This has important theoretical and practical reference value forShaanxi province and the cultural construction of the western province. In this paper, literature research, empirical research and theory with practicalmethods of thesis writing. Literature study on the use of literature on culturaldevelopment and construction of cultural province of retrieval, the system collectsdata in possession of large amounts of data, based on a comparative study of thematerials and comprehensive analysis, making the thesis writing job creation in theconstruction of new cultural province based on research results.
