Countermeasures For Cultural Poverty Alleviation In The Construction Of Rural Culture In Heilongjiang From The Perspective Of Building A Well-off Society In An All-round Way

The report of the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out:"we must ensure that we will achieve the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way by 2020." From now until 2020,it is the decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way.The nineteen major report of the party points out:"the major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people and the uneven development of the imbalance."
