“Advocating rhyme in the Jin Dynasty "," Advocating specification in the Tang Dynasty","Advocating implication in the Song Dynasty" is the brief evaluation for Jin, Tang, Song threegenerations of the calligraphy style, shows the evolution of the calligraphy style and theirrespective characteristics in these historical period. Song dynasty is a grand unified dynasty afterthe tang dynasty, it shows the characteristics of the sequential development in political system,economic system, Literature and art fields in tang dynasty, in terms of calligraphy, the richcreations and writing methods of the regular script in Jin Tang dynasty is enough for people inthe Song Dynasty.So it is hard to Song Dynasty in terms of the basic form of regular script calligraphy andbrushwork has a lot of new progress, and they had to move around to the testimonies exquisiteretreat for the specification, and pay more attention to the pursuit of interest and calligraphyrealm, this is the inevitable choice of history.The "Song four" calligraphy represents the highest achievement and era style at that time,Su Shi as the first calligrapher, his leadership and the supreme status to the calligraphy is anycalligrapher cannot replaced. The “Shangyi style of calligraphy “which based on Su Shi not onlyaffects the whole of the southern song dynasty gallery, but also for the development of Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties’ calligraphy have a huge influence.“Shangyi style of calligraphy"pays attention to artistic conception and pursuit of interest, a lot of delicate short letters andcalligraphy inscription appeared, and also has a vital influence for the “discipline of ink mark” inYuan, Ming and Qing later.This dissertation based on Su Shi who is the first calligrapher of “Song four” as a case try totalk about, will be discussed from the following aspects: the first part is Su Shi’s life profile,which talked about Sushi’s life achievements, simply introduces his learning object in early,middle and late period of three different method, as well as the characteristics in each period ofthe calligraphy style. The second part is a detailed analysis of the factors affecting the formationof Sushi’s calligraphy style, from two aspects of objective and subjective. Objective aspect, age,religion, and literati abstract painting on three aspects discussed; Subjective aspect on Sushi’sown original ideas of calligraphy and the pursuit of aesthetic aspect. The third part is the focus ofthis article, as well as the center of this article, according to Sushi’s journey, his calligraphy artcan be divided into four stages: before his Huangzhou period, Huangzhou period, after hishuangzhou period to Huizhou and Danzhou after period. In these stages, reflects the differentstyles of Sushi’s calligraphy art. The fourth part, simply analyzes the reason of the “Shangyi wind” in song dynasty, and the influence of it for all future generations.This paper was studied and accomplished by using a series of research methods, such asusing references, theoretical approach, comparative analysis, product analysis, etc.
