Research On The Construction Of Creative Animation Team

Animation industry is developing rapidly nowadays,the animation team has been basic drivingforce in the industry,the development situation of the team will determine this trend of the industryin China.Yet it is effective animation team building can provide managers with effectivemanagement framework,which can give operating platform for animation workers.This articleoverall studied the creative the of building animation team.First of all， it is going to sort out thebasic concept of team management for the team building to find out the basic framework of theanimation team in our industry.Through data sorting， the article will explore deeply thedevelopment of domestic animation team as well as the problems in the construction anddevelopment.in the part of case analysis,domestic animation team WanHao and internationalfamous animation team Pixar will be studied,and it will analyze the differences of animation teambuilding between the domestic team and the abroad team through the case comparison.Finally itwill sum up the desirable mode on team building.At last the article practice the research about theconstruction of creative animation team,through the author’s experience of film project "Thelegend of the War".At the same time the author will analyze problems which be met in the realitywith the theroy,providing practical basis for the research of the animation team building.
