This article will elaborate the history of Ukiyoe and Japanese Ukiyoe beauty painting, style features, the famous artist, history influence and understand the development of Japanese Ukiyoe beauty painting. This article mainly focuses on the analysis difference between Ukiyoe Beauty painting and Chinese traditional brushwork painting and the similarities and differences in the form of artistic expression, in order to understand the Ukiyoe Beauty painting and it in the traditional style China fine brushwork painting, which was extended from China has characteristics of the Japanese painting art. Through the research on the aesthetic characteristics of the Ukiyoe Beauty painting, we can understand the communication between Japanese art and Chinese and Western art of the Edo period.
