The paper is about the research of sentimental poems of Mitizane Sugawara.The scholars have made great achievements on the Chinese-Poem of Mitizane Sugawara, such as the lifetime and inner world of Mitizane Sugawara, the features of his poems, the relationship between his poems and Chinese-poems. But there are still many aspects to study. For example, sentimental poems of Mitizane Sugawara have not been researched. This paper focus on sentimental poems of Mitizane Sugawara. This paper has five parts. Chapter one summarizes the works of20th century scholars in this field.Chapter two defines the concept of sentimental poem. Chapter three studies four creation period of Mitizane Sugawara respectively. Chapter four analyses the emotional meanings of the sentimental poems of Mitizane Sugawara. Chapter five mainly analyses the artistic charater.
