Games, which ares the theoretical basis of transaction analysis and a unique theory of interpersonal communication. Berne proposed seven kinds of game, and each category is subdivided into various specific game type. At the same time, Berne also proposed that using formula G to identify and verify the games. This paper is based on the theory of formula G, which explored game expression of type in the interpersonal interaction of organizational field based on the China cultural background, which used the progressive coding method to analysis common games type in the organizational field and developed a operable analysis mode to analysis the games.This study adopts the method of homogeneous research, which is divided into two parts. The first part uses literature research, expert interviews, group interviews and questionnaire survey method, collects related information of young staff in the organizational field, reference and induce orientation coding mode, conducts coding analysis of data, explored the expression type in the interpersonal interaction of organizational field. The second part conducts depth profiling of data, uses the scenario analysis method, recognize the common games type of organizational field, and uses constructive games analysis mode to analysis all the types, counts the frequency of every game type of organizational field.This study adopts the method of homogeneous research as the research ideas, which conducts depth profiling of game qualitative concept, explored the general pattern to classify the game, not to indentify all the games. In addition, this paper construct the game analysis mode preliminary, and tries to make the game qualitative concept operational and systematic, which is an arduous and practical basic work.
