Intervention Group Sand Table Games On College Students' Interpersonal Communication Disorders Research

Recently, sandplay therapy in domestic has a certain amount of development, the possibility of sandplay in group therapy has been testified. The present study grants200copies of the questionnaire called the Measure of Integrated diagnosis of Interpersonal Relationship to the freshman and sophomore of Educational Science Academy and Mathmatical Science Academy of Yangzhou University, which was edited by Richang Zheng and etc.. There are41students satisfied the request that got9points in total or5points in each item, then select34students for the test by random.17students are as the experimental group with group sandplay therapy intervention and17students are as the control group with no psychological intervention. By contrast and analysis, I want to investigate the intervention effect of group sandplay therapy on the issue of college students with interpersonal barrier. Through the analysis of the experimental group’s sandplay works, try to summarize the characteristic of the works that the college students with interpersonal barrier, and the result show:(1) Group sandplay therapy has good effect on the interpersonal barrier on behavior of college students. After the intervention, the control group had no differences (p>0.05) in the items of talking with people, the manner of dealing with people, associating with the opposite sex and the total score; and the experimental group presented an extremely significant difference (p<0.01) in the items of talking with people, making friends and social intercourse, and the total score, and it had a significant difference (p<0.05) in the item of associating with the opposite sex.(2) The treatment can improve interpersonal barrier in mental of college students significantly. After the intervention, the SCL-90factors, such as somatization, obsession, depression, anxious, these factor scores had declined and the interpersonal sensitivity of SCL-90presents a significant difference(p<0.05). (3) The sandplay therapy intervention of personal relationship barrier group has no differences in gender(p>0.05).(4)The amount of group effects the treat, and the group of4students is superior to the group of2and3students.(5) Three months later, the comparison of the follow-up checkout and post-test turns out:the control group had a significant difference (p<0.05) in the items of making friends and social intercourse, with no difference(p>0.05) in other items, they illustrated the students’ability of associating with others could be enhanced by adapting to the college life; a significant difference (p<0.05) was noted in the items of associating with the opposite sex and the total score of the experimental group, all of this turn out the group sandplay therapy had a good prognosis effect and is superior to the results of the terminate sandplay.(6) The feature of sandplay therapy of College students’interpersonal relationship barrier:the initial sandtray appears the closed and personal regionalization characteristic; less move others’sandplay toys, the making time is prolonged with the penetrating treatment; in the process of transformation and cure, the number of characters and the ego figures tend to increase as a spiral upward line, and the characters and the ego figures change gradually from the childish and the weak image to the self-confidence, beautiful one.
