A Study On The Relationship Between Juvenile Self - Differentiation And Parental Triangle | | Posted on:2015-11-26 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z Q Ai | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2175330431967030 | Subject:Applied Psychology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Self-differentiation and triangular relationship are two core concepts that belongto the Bowen,s family systems theory。 There are two processes in theself-differentiation。The one process of self-differentiation is distinguished fromothers。The another process of self-differentiation is distinguished the resolution andthe feeling。A highly differentiated person can be well aware of their own point ofview。In the family,people that can differentiate emotions and their feelings can stickto their own idea without being ruled by others。The core of self-differentiation is therelationship with their parents。And in the family system,the relationship between theindividual and their parent is family triangulation。 It refers to the Situation thatconflict relationship between parents, and the children involved in to ease tensionsbetween the parents and to make the families system back into balance。Bowenpointed out in his theory, the lower the level of individual self-differentiation, themore easily involved in the triangulation;other researchers have reached similarconclusions;there are rarely studied in this regard in china。The purpose ofthis research is to conduct self-differentiation and the triangulation of the students inthis critical period of development,and investigate the status quo of the individualself-differentiation and the triangulation of learning from each demographic variable,and basis of the status quo, author analysis the relevantcircumstances in self-differentiation and the triangulation of various dimensions of theyoung students from sex,grade and age。This study used questionnaires,and act thescale of self-differentiation and triangular relationship questionnaire as research tool,and this research has selected694early and high school students from five differentgrades, using t-test and variance analysis to discuss the differences of demographyvariable about young students’ self-differentiation,and using correlation analysis andmultivariate regression analysis to examine the relationship betweenself-differentiation and the triangulation。 Conclusions of this research are asbelow: (1)The average level of the youth students,self-differentiation is the normalrange,and the fusion with others dimension has lowest scores of the all factors, andI-position dimension and emotional cutoff dimension have the highestscore; adolescent self-differentiation has significant differences in the level of sex。(2)Youth self-differentiation has significant differences level of grade inthe emotional reactivity dimension and I-position dimension。(3)Youth self-differentiation has significant differences level of age inthe emotional reactivity dimension。(4)The involvement in triangle relationship of youth student has the low levelof bias, especially the dimension that parents pulled their children to easetheir tensions has the far below the average scores; Adolescent triangularrelationship status has significant differences of the gender in the dimensions andthe total score; youth has significant differences of the gradelevel in children experience dimension and children direct or indirect intervention therelationship between parents;and it has significant differences of the level of age inthe total score and the direct or indirect intervention on parentalrelationship dimension。(5)The relationship between self-differentiation and the triangulation of youngstudents is significant negative correlation。 Different levelsof self-differentiation scores of young students has significant difference inthe involving the triangulation, the higher the level of self-differentiation, the moredifficult involvement the triangular relationship。(6)Adolescent triangular relationship status can significantly negativelypredicted their level of self-differentiation, involvement in the triangular relationshipbetween the deeper degree of youth,the lower the level of self-differentiation。... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | adolescence students, self-differentiation, family triangulation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
