In sweeping the world of e-commerce，business opportunities, but also many of theproblems and risks lurking，especially imperfect credit system online support services andonline shopping，making the emergence of e-commerce development for various acts ofdishonesty varying degrees, E-commerce as a new business forms，extensivepenetration in various areas of national life，while profoundly changed the face ofbusiness community，more and more businesses and individuals began to usee-commerce tools involved in commercial activities in the field of e-commerce anomieintegrity issues more deeply affect the normal operation and healthy development ofe-commerce. This article first defines the problem of the definition of e-commerce integrityand good faith pursuant to sort out the problem of the status of e-commerce and itshazards, and based on situation analysis, put forward the causes of e-commerce ethicalissues of integrity, ethics and integrity for the normal development of e-commerce theimportance of e-commerce is proposed to deal with the path to strengthen the integrity ofthe building that practitioners personal accomplishment, strengthening legal constructionindustry self-discipline and moral integrity of the system in three aspects.
