China today, e-commerce has become a hot topic. No matter the traditional manufacturing or new and retail or the services, all treat e-commerce business as a new way. At the same time, along with the development of communication, e-commerce also has entered the common people, become the choice of goods and the purchase of a new type of consumption patterns.E-commerce has not only brought the convenience, efficiency, the interests at the same time, but also brought a series of ethical issues which has led to a deep-seated philosophical reflection. E-commerce in China is emerging as a commercial activity. It has not only established a bright future, but faced many problems in advance. In particular in e-commerce operation of the ethical barriers have seriously hindered the size of the e-commerce expansion and the improvement of economic efficiency. That is why the Government, entrepreneurs, management experts and consumers in general want to do common efforts to make this new kind of business flourished, so as to effectively promote a new round of the China's economic development.Chinese e-commerce in the eassy for real analysis of the ethical issues that the issue of privacy, security, integrity in business and intellectual property rights in our country is the existence of e-commerce systems in the major ethical issues. For all involved ethical issues in e-commerce, in a clear understanding of e-commerce and e-commerce ethical connotations and characteristics, combined with China's actual conditions, from the subjective and objective points of view to deeply explore the existing causes of the e-commerce ethical problems. And in the awareness of individuals and groups, in the virtual world of interest, in e-commerce legal system and the need to improve the regulatory system and, as well as asymmetric information technology modernization of the objective conditions, all these ethical problems are inevitable. At the same time, the features of e-commerce are also more ethics in the performance of the network of co-existence between people, between the network and moral consensus between the moral authority of the network features and advantages.Improving the professional ethics of e-commerce, strengthening the ethical and moral education of e-commerce; strengthening the industry and management, improving the legal system, laws and regulations are ways and means of addressing ethical issues of our e-business. The concept of good faith is the core concept of building e-business ethics in China, which undergoes the moral regulation of e-commerce activities through the real dissemination of information, the complition with the commitment to the transaction, trading of mutual trust between the two sides. In the meantime, the essay is concerned about the practical level, which provides a series of solutions and reflect on the path.Because of the characteristics of the virtual network and anonymity, the development of e-commerce experiences the plight of ethics, which has had a lot of the crisis, and directly hampered the development of e-commerce.An important condition of the development of e-commerce is a good social environment for business, but the virtual anonymity of network has generated a great deal of moral crisis: a large number of the spread of false information, privacy challenges, the uneven quality of goods, lack of credit guarantee payment, distribution and a serious lack of services, legal system and the need to improve, which directly hampered the development of e-commerce. To develop e-commerce, we must build credibility, the idea of ethical norms and practice the efforts to fundamentally surpass the crisis and achieve a healthy and harmonious development. The essay is divided into three sections:Part I: The overview of ethics of Chinese e-commerce. Accordig to China's economic transition for the rapid development of e-commerce and its application in the field of continuous expansion of China, it raises the ethical question of the existence of e-commerce and in-depth analysis of its causes. Part III: The solution of the ethical issues in Chinese e-commerce. It is to establish a people-oriented guiding principle, to equality of justice, integrity and practical, safe and effective ideas to improve the professional ethics of e-commerce, and industry, to strengthen ethics education, and establish and improve laws and regulations.
