On the level of behaviors in enterprise, the author suggests we stipulate preventive mechanics based on promise and rectifiable mechanics based on accurateness, fairness, and promptness. 4. On the level of psychology, the author suggests we enforce the psychological contract between the consumers and the merchants and try to let it work in fine state.
