A Study On The Construction Of Citizen 's Lifelong Learning Mechanism Under The Background Of Cultural Power

Construction of citizens’lifelong learning mechanism is our responsibility and obligation the new era entrusted to us, is the important content of constructing cultural power in our country, and is an important approach to improve the national cultural soft power and the important purpose to improve the citizens’spiritual and cultural needs. In order to achieve our citizens’social requirement under the era of knowledge economy, in order to meet the needs of the individual comprehensive development, China must build and improve the citizens’lifelong learning mechanism.With China’s increasing emphasis on lifelong learning of citizens whose activities is also extensively everywhere. Currently, the provinces have established a network of lifelong learning for citizens to learn facilitated. Later, however, the idea of lifelong learning was introduced into China; its development model is not yet mature. Proposed in this paper to set up the mechanism of lifelong learning, is through the construction of the various elements to improve the mechanisms for lifelong learning.On the research methods, based on the Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology as a guide. Existing in our country education foundation, economic foundation, cultural foundation and social foundation, thinking the construction of lifelong learning mechanism on the basis of dialectical. At the same time, starting from the reality of our country put forward the important path about lifelong learning mechanism construction in China.
