This mysterious merchant played a important role in the process of integration of the Qin Dynasty. This article focuses on the <Lv Shi Chun Qiu>,based on its age and inheritance, using the musical philology, Esthetics, Philosophy, Culturology, Ethnology and Comparison to study the musical theories in <Lv Shi Chun Qiu> in the background of political, economical and culture during the Warring States and the Qin Dynasty. This study using the methods of Synthesis, Analysis, Comparison and Induction on different thoughts in <Lv Shi Chun Qiu>. On the background of the study on musical theories of the Za during the Qin Dynasty, through the nature and the meaning of the <Lv Shi Chun Qiu>, expecting the readers touch more musical theories of the Za in China. Lack of study in musical thoughts of <Lv Shi Chun Qiu>, this article makes more experts to focus on this area and finally push forward the study of the Chinese music historical theories.This essay includes three parts as introduction, main text and the conclusion.Chapter1introduced the meaning, the method, the present situation, the research production and the expectation of the study.Chapter2reveals the age background of the <Lv Shi Chun Qiu> to find the cause and the meaning of it. Because of the deep revolution, new culture instead of the old, So the book as the special connotation of this transformation to form the mutual fusion.Chapter3,4,5reveals the musical thoughts of the <Lv Shi Chun Qiu> by extraction the fragment of musical contents from the book. Chapter3analysis the structure of the book, seeking the related musical contents from the book. Chapter4is the extention of the Chapter3, defines the musical theories as the Za in the book by comparison with other musical thoughts. Chapter5reveals the meanings of the musical theories in the book from the development of music and social function.Chapter6is the conclusion of this essay, and propose the expectation of its Za thoughts.
