Linboqu’s Thoughts About Finance And Economy

Linboqu was the outstanding statesmen and revolutionary in Chinese CommunistParty. He made a contribution to the revolutionary career including politics, military,economy, education and so on. In the period of the agrarian revolution, he started hiscareer of fiance and economics, which went through three period including the agrariarevolution, Anti-Japanese war and the war of liberation. The paper try to expoundLinboqu’s thought of fiance and economics in three field including land thoughts，financial thoughs and economic thoughs.Lin had been advocating agrarian reform since the great revolution. In the periodof the agraria revolution，he proposed that the key to destroy feudal ruler and theireconomic foundation is the agraria revolution and state-owned land. During the periodof the Anti-Japanese war，he put forward agraria policies in which the policy ofAnti-Japanese unified front was carried out. At the time of the war of liberation，Linpresented some good views made a contribution to agraria feform.From the agrarian revolution to the Anti-Japanese war，Lin’s view on copingwith financial problem was to develop economy. He thougt the major objective offinance is to supply troops and the main measure of stabilizing finance is the fair andreasonable tax. He combated waste and business speculation and ignorance ofdevelopment.He thought the major objective of developing economy is to support war and thepolicies of developing economy must based on reality，The economic policy shouldbe long-term. Lin also put forward some concrete policies on agriculture，industry，business，logistic and so on，making a contribution to economic development ofrevolutionary base during the war time.
