Every kind of culture faces the common issue of modern communication. Cultural factors with modern communicational tectonics have participated in the modernization construction of Daozhen Gelao people and Miao people Autonomous County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Provincial. Daozhen Nuo culture is a kind of the ancient religions, totem worship, natural and folk beliefs of god, blending with the cultural elements of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. And it is also characterized with the rural culture of Northern Guizhou province.This paper tries to analysis Daozhen Nuo culture from the perspective of communication from ancient time to modern development, during the period of a hundred years. Based on the analysis of the history, context and transmission elements, the paper analyzes the acculturation between Daozhen Nuo culture, the local traditional culture, and the modern culture as well as its dependence on Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism culture, with the perspective of the metaphysical. This paper also discusses her evolution into ritualization, aesthetic, and even the process of industrialization, including how to balance the ethnic minority people’s material life level and the living fossil of human culture under the environment of modern communication.The first chapter analyses the history of how did Daozhen Nuo culture arise in the Yuan dynasty, how did it form in the Qing dynasty and thrives in the Republican period, and the research achievements received by domestic and foreign research institutions and scholars after the Reform and Opening-up, especially the changes from the folk stories by word-of-mouth to modern mass communication technologies such as radio, television, computers and the Internet. With the perspective of the metaphysical, the second chapter analyzes the transmission caused by objective factors and subjective intention, acculturation with Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism culture and modern culture, mainly drawing on Yin Haiguang’s theory of cultural studies. The chapter also analyzes the way in which those elements promote each other and restrain each other. The third chapter is the key section of this paper. On the basis of the first two chapters, the third one analyzes the major impact of modern communication technologies to Daozhen Nuo culture’s transmission into reutilization, aesthetic and industrialization, and the way in which those promote each other and restrain each other. Aesthetic aims to promote the aesthetic value of Daozhen Nuo culture, but it is limited by the dependence on Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, which make it difficult to adapt to the rapid increase in the audience aesthetic level. Reutilization aims at weakening its utilitarian purpose, superstition, but excessive pruning may weaken its status in local cultural environment. Industrialization aims to improve the market competitiveness of Daozhen Nuo culture, while excessive industrialization may destroy the cultural original ecology. The final chapter on the basis of the first three chapters explores the contradictions of material life and cultural level of the local people. Based on a large number of first-hand material obtained through field surveys of "occupation heritage system" and "the public institutional, industrial corporation system " has been implemented in Daozhen, the forth chapter studies on how to balance the "original" and " commercialization" and provides several possible advanced measures.
