Cultural transformation refers that a kind of fundamental change anddevelopment of a specific culture based on the great changes of the economic basis,social politics, etc. Its modern transformation is a historical and overall surpassing ofthe traditional culture, and a dialectical negation of the old culture. Xinjiang, with avast territory and many ethnic groups, is a pool of multi-cultures. And its culturalpower determines the essence of the economic and social developments.
