Luoyang had always been the source of Chinese scholar-bureaucrats, as well as academic and cultural center of the Northern Song Dynasty. This article is on the native Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats of South Migration of Song Dynasty period. We do research into the group image of Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats and group situations, but also inheritance and degradation of Luoyang culture in Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats. Further more, we discuss the change of Luoyang status between the Northern Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty. The paper is divided into two parts. Chen Yuyi (1090-1138) is the subject of the first part, we explore his poetry and his relationship with native Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats.In the first chapter, we focus on the frequency of "guest" in Chen Yuyi’s poetry in different times, and we also pay close attention to the statistics of the words of strong homesickness such as "hometown","Luoyang","central plains", in this way, we analysis the complex feeling of Chen Yuyi, mixed with the sadness of rides, the pain of national subjugation and regression of land. Then, we concentrate on the eight poetry written in Luoyang and twenty-seven poetry relevant to Luoyang by Chen Yuyi. We do deep analysis on the content, thoughts and feelings of these poetry. Thirdly, in regard to its inevitable appeared images "Longmen" and "flowers of Luoyang", as far as I am concerned, I think the former was homesick feelings interweave with Buddha-worship psychology. The latter was no longer limited to express personal feelings, but more integrated into the hate of national subjugation and the desire for unified China. And "flowers of Luoyang" was not limited to "peony", in fact,"wintersweet" and "flowering plum" were also referred to.In the second chapter, we make a thorough inquiry into Chen Yuyi-centered Luoyang scholar-bureaucrat networks. The social intercourses between Chen Yuyi and Xi Yi(1089-1139), Fu Zhirou(1084-1156), Xing Ziyou are discussed here. At the same time, we comment on the group image of them, who were born into celebrity, and moreover, gave guidance and helped with each other in terms of politics, but actually they were not political unions in the early Southern Song Dynasty. In the third chapter, we select Zhu Dunru(1081-1159), Li Chuquan(1080or so-1155), Yin Tun(1061-1132) to do the further individual studies, meanwhile, the relationships between Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats and Zhao Ding(1085-1147), Zhang Jun(1097-1164), Qin Hui(1090-1155) are analyzed, in order to explore their tendency of politics and war.In the fourth chapter, we pay attention to the situation of the whole group of Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats during the South Migration of Song Dynasty, from the four aspects, their capability of painting and calligraphy, life and political circumstances, poetic images, respectively. In my opinion, their getaway routes throughout Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Lingnan, were for security reasons subjectively, meanwhile greatly promoted the development of the local culture objectively. Then, most of Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats were skilled at painting and calligraphy, which was not only affected by the times, but also shows the elegance and grace of Luoyang at that time. What’s more, we find that their life and political circumstances were of much suffering, which was the projection of political darkness of the early Southern Song Dynasty, and inextricably involved with their Luoyang’s identities. Finally, they quoted allusions of "Zhang Han","Ma Shaoyou" frequently, which was not only from the strong homesickness, but was the embodiment of scholar-officials turning inward during that time.On this basis, we analyze the change of status of Luoyang and Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats before and after South Migration of Song Dynasty, and then reconsider why the status of Luoyang and Luoyang scholar-bureaucrats went to fade.
