This study intended to emotional normal (non-anxious, depressed individuals)of college students as subjects, using video evoked emotions and point detectionexperimental paradigm to study attention bias induced effects on mood and whetherattentional bias training will change the mood to explore the emotions and attentionintrinsic link between bias.Through empirical research, the following conclusions:Emotional state affects attentional bias for the subjects under positive mood, thesubjects of the pictures of happy faces emotional reaction faster, negative emotions,try to be more responsive sad picture.Training attentional bias induced effects on subjects affecting mood, attentionalbias carried forward after the training, participants viewed the video more stronglyafter positive emotions evoked positive reactions, and can ease the faded speedemotions. Watch the video negative, negative emotions evoked significantly reduced,watch a neutral video, positive emotions increased slightly. Note that the positivebias training can change the mood of the individual susceptibility of individuals toinduce and maintain positive emotions have a positive effect.
