On March19th,2014, the department of Chinese Monitored Quality in Basic Education andInnovation Center, Beijing Normal University was holden regional conference of educationalquality health index. The first set of national regional education quality health condition "physicalindicators “was released in this conference. Survey shows that58%of the grade two students haveserious test anxiety in2012.To compile a book which is a science, guidance, operational guidancehandbook of test anxiety group for senior three students is crucial. It not only for senior3studentsexamination anxiety relief plays an important role and significance.First, the group counseling manuals depends on physiological arousal oriented test anxiety inthis study. Results of preliminary studies of my major-<Test Anxiety of Physical Questionnaire>"was revised; Secondly, combined with Zheng Richang<The test anxiety scale>, survey the statusand characteristics of physiological arousal oriented test anxiety of junior and high school seniors;Thirdly,according to the counseling recording material, author using consensual qualitativeresearch methods and inductive analysis which summarizes the common skills of test anxietygroup counseling, one of the main contents of manual. This paper was sum up the recherché oftutor which includes the students’ test anxiety intervention group counseling and counselinginformation. Eventually formed a Psychological Counseling Test Anxiety Handbook.;The last butnot least, Through the experiment, testing the applicability in the main aspects of the manual tester,in other words, different users use the manual implementation guidance to the group members, thecounseling of two users ‘effect is similar.The conclusions contain the following aspects:(1)The Psychological Counseling TestAnxiety Handbook, which is emendatory in this research, has good structure, high reliability andvalidity. It consist of15entries, and it can reflect the level of physiological arousal oriented testanxiety truly.(2)Using the <Test Anxiety of Physical Questionnaire>and <The test anxietyscale>to study the physiological arousal oriented test anxiety of junior and senior. The data foundthat there exists grade differences in junior middle school students test anxiety and physiologicalarousal level. The specific differences in gender,(non-) child, arts and science, family location,economic status, parents’ marital status.(3)The Psychological Counseling Test Anxiety Handbookincludes manual user, application objects, the implementation of target, using the program,participants screening tools and related content standard, manual, several specific implementationplan components.(4)After the experimental group and the control group of quasi-experimentalresearch design, the purpose is that testing the manual’s applicable effects in the different users.The result of experiment:after group counseling,the experimental group A and B, subjects’ testanxiety, heart rate, blood pressure, physiological arousal levels are reduced in different degree andtheir test scores were improved. The conclusion is that The Psychological Counseling Test AnxietyHandbook has an universal (similar) effect between different users.
