The study on comparing of resilience psychological quality among the studentsfrom normal class, cadres’class and recommended class in the Fire School.The paper is trying to figure out resilience differences between three kinds ofstudents differently enrolled; make a comparison about their resilience scale anddiscuss the correlation between resilience and reaction modes, as well as betweenresilience and stress response, hoping to be served as ideological references to themental health work for the school. Based on College Students Resilience Scale,Reaction Manners Scale, and Psychological Stress Response Self-assessment forServiceman, having tested great many students from normal class, cadres’ class, andclass that were recommended to admission, the author came to the conclusions asbelow:1.Significant resilience differences are well observed in different kinds ofstudents. Generally speaking, resilience of students recommended to admission isgreater than that of cadres, and cadres’is greater than normal ones’.2. Significant correlations between resilience and reaction, are well observed inall kinds of students.3. Student of great resilience are prone to react actively, and those of poorresilience are prone to give passive reaction.Based on the difference comparison of the three kinds of the students’ resilience,to explore the superior reason, background and ways of the students who with highresilience, then to put forward fire school students’ resilience with the superiorityperspective with the superiority perspective.
