Research On The Factors Affecting Family Promotion And Its Effect On Job Satisfaction And Life Satisfaction

Work and family is closely related to individual life,it is extremely important to keep abalance between work and family,because it is of great practical significance toindividuals,enterprise and even the harmonious of whole society.About the work-familyfacilitation,a series of studies have been carried out and achieved some research achievement inother countries,but we need to see that most of research achievement is theoretical exploration.wealso need to know that We are really just at the very beginning of the work-family facilitationresearch,so we need a large number of empirical studies to deepen this research theme.This study adopts the method of documents research, interviews and open-endedquestionnaire, etc to reconstitute the definition and construction of work-familyfacilitation,meanwhile,this study revised the work-family facilitation scale and established theinfluencing factor scale of work-family facilitation.What’s more, this study applied two scales toinvestigate the subjects from seven administrative regions of our country and collected twiceresearch data,and then,through the item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatoryfactor analysis,this study determined the structure of the work-family facilitation which consistsof six factors,and found the structure of influencing factor scale of work-family facilitation whichis made up of three first dimension and four secondary dimension.Two scales have goodreliability and validity.Furthermore,this study made the intermediary role and moderating effectanalysis between the variables and finished the difference analysis between the different subjectsgroup,result analysis found some notable problems.Finally,this paper confirmed the dynamics ofwork-family facilitation through the diary study.Summarize main work of the whole thesis,this paper provided the theoretical basis andmeasurement for the further development of work-family facilitation research. This study made acontribution to the localization research on work-family facilitation,finally,in order to offer somescientific guidance and assistance for the practical work-family facilitation.
