With the rise of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior research, on the one hand, the focus of the work-family research gradually changes from conflict to enrichment. Work-family enrichment means that work experience improves the quality of family life. On the other hand, work engagement as a kind of positive personal status related to work, also gradually becomes the hotspot in research of organization. Under the background of the development of positive psychology and in the social advocacy of "positive energy", this research selects work-family enrichment and work engagement as two positive variables. On the basis of previous studies, starting from the perspective of resources, we put work engagement into work-family interface. We explore that how work engagement as a kind of positive personal status triggers work-family enrichment. Then we present the mechanism of the two positive variables. The results show that:First, work engagement can predict work-family enrichment. If the work engagement of individual is high, work-family enrichment is high. And if the work engagement of individual is low, work-family enrichment is low.Second, work engagement can predict the generation of resources.Third, work role resource gain mediates the relationship between work engagement and work-family enrichment.Fourth, the effect of work engagement on work-family enrichment moderated by sharing the positive affect at home is not significant. Finally, we discuss and analyze the results of the data. We put forward the deficiency of the study and improvement measures.Besides we prospect the future research in this domain.
