| This present study aimed to explore the relationship among work family segmentation preference,work engagement and work family enrichment by surveying410 employees using sampling method from Harbin,Guangzhou,Beijing,Shenyang,and other 19 different city with Work family Segmentaion Preference Scale,Utrecht Work Engagement Scale,Work Family Enrichment Scale.The reliability and validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,variance analysis,mediation effect analysis and moderating effect analysis were used for the comprehensive analysis.The result showed that:(1)The reliability and validity of Work family Segmentaion Preference Scale,Utrecht Work Engagement Scale and Work Family Enrichment Scale are applicable to the study.(2)There are significan differences on the source of employee in work family segmentation,work engagement and work family enrichment.There are significant difference on gender,marital status,age,level of education,working years in work family segmentation preference;there are significant difference on gender,marital status,age and working years in work engagement;there are significant difference on gender,marital status,age,level of education and working years in work family enrichment.(3)Work family segmentation preference could significantly and positively predict work family enrichment.The work engagement of the employee plays a partial mediating role between relationship of work family segementation,work engagement and work family enrichment.(4)Through group-cross comparison,it was found that marital status had a moderationg effect on the relationship of work family segementation and work family enrichment.According to the above conclusions,this study provides related suggestions to improve employee work.Firstly,respect the individual difference on work family segementation preference;Secondly,improve work engement of the employee;Thirdly,improve the work family enrichment. |
