In recent years, increasing attention has been payed to employees’mental health status. Psychological depression, an important factor of psychological health, can significantly affect both the employees and the enterprise. Researches have shown that depression can not only give rise to employees’negative working experience, but also lead to big losses of the enterprises. According to the latest investigation reports from the Psychological Research Institutes in Chinese Academy of Science, China has a rising population of works who have been suffering from psychological depression. Lerner et al.(2004) points out that depression, as a quite common psychological illness, can bring a great loss of44billion dollars to enterprises in a year. Psychological depression refers to a mental status that is between general negative mental experience and depression disorder. By massively reading literature from home and abroad, the author found out that work-family enrichment and psychological contract violation should be mainly responsible for psychological depression. Work-family enrichment refers to the invisible resources, such as knowledge, skills and experiences etc.,that an individual gains in job field or family. This type of resources can facilitate one’s work and behaviour in the field. Psychological contract violation refers to a kind of employees’psychological experience of feeling that the enterprise has failed to fulfill psychological contract obligation. Therefore, based on the research findings, enterprises can adopt relative MA in Human Resource Strategy to reduce the losses resulting from employees’psychological depression. With the development of the study in the relationship between work and family, numerous scholars have devoted to the study of work-family enrichment, a positive factor in this relationship. The current research intends to study the enrichment transferred from work to family, not the other way around. Thus, the work-family enrichment here specifically refers to those knowledge, skills, or affective experiences that an individual gains in his job field and facilitate his behaviour in family. Scholars have demonstrated that work-family enrichment can negatively affect psychological contract violation. So what is the mechanism among work-family enrichment, psychological contract violation and psychological depression? So far, few researchers have related to this question, which left theoretical blank in this area. Through observations in daily life and literature reading, the author found out that work-to-family interference can affect and regulate the relationship between work-family enrichment and psychological contract violation.Based on the above analysis, the author established the theoretical framework of this research-----psychological contract violation as the mediational model of the relationship between work-family enrichment and psychological depression; work-to-family interference as the regulating model of the relationship between work-family enrichment and psychological contract violation. In order to verify the theoretical frame proposed in this research, the author has employed the following research methods--literature study, questionnaire investigation, and structural equational model. In terms of literature study, the author has extensively read literature about work-family enrichment, psychological contract violation, psychological depression and work-to-family interference from home and abroad. The author has carefully generalized, categorized what he has red to form the literature review part. Subsequently, he author proposed the research hypothesis and theoretical model of the current study accordingly. In the respect of questionnaire investigation, the author used a mature scale with high validity and reliability. This scale has been published in the international first-class journal and widely-used bi scholars. Due to the shortage of money and human resources, the author gathered the questionnaires by means of the on-line "questionnaire star". Questionnaire star can provide researchers with on-line professional services including questionnaire survey, evaluation and voting. This software aims to provide the users with online professional service of questionnaire design and data collection. It is easy, convenient, time-consuming and economic, and widely used by enterprises and individuals. The author has given out1000copies of questionnaire and received900pieces. Among the900ones, there are668valid copies with the valid rate of66.8%. SPSS16.0has been employed to do the basic data analysis (including descriptive statistics and reliability analysis etc.). Amos20.0has been used to construct SEM. The Excel designed by Edwards and Lambert in2007has also been used in the data analysis. After collecting and analyzing data, the author has made the following conclusions:1.Psychological contract violation can positively affect psychological depression, i.e. the stronger the feeling of psychological contract violation is, the higher level of the psychological depression will be.2.Work-family enrichment can negatively affect psychological depression, i.e. The higher the work-family enrichment is, the the lower level of the psychological depression will be.3.Work-family enrichment can negatively affect psychological contract violation, i.e. the higher the the work-family enrichment is, the the lower the employees’feeling of psychological contract violation will be.4. Psychological contract violation has mediating effects on the relationship between work-family enrichment and psychological depression, i.e. work-family enrichment can have a direct or indirect effect on people’s psychological depression.5. Work-to-family interference has a regulating effect on the relationship between work-family enrichment and psychological contract violation, specifically speaking, when the degree of Work-to-family interference goes up, work-family enrichment will have less influence on psychological contract violation; and when the degree of work-to-family interference goes down, work-family enrichment will have more influence on psychological contract violation.Based on the findings, the author ahs some suggestions for human resources management of the enterprises. Subsequently, the author points out the limitations of the current research and expectations on the future work in this field. There are three advices for human resource management:firstly, pay attention to employees’ mental health status and never neglect the influence of psychological contract violation on employees; secondly, care for positive work-family relationship. Positive work-family relationship can improve employees’mental health and reduce the possibilities of being mentally depressed; thirdly, reduce the chanced of work-to-family interference. The less the work-to-family interference is, the more the employees will accept work-family enrichment. Due to the various restrictions, the current has its own limitations. For instance, the sources of data only is only from the southern part of the country.
