| In recent years, with the spread and development of the cognitive linguistics inChina, the research of lexicology has made a breakthrough. The combine of cognitionand lexicon have broken new ground for the lexicology. The contrast and research ofthe classification of word group which is from the point of semantic field, explainedthe differences and similarities between the two languages. The effective methods ofthe research to comparative lexicology is to master the common character and specificcharacter of these two languages.In this thesis, we utilized such three methods as combine document retrieval withpragmatic study, the description and analysis with explication, and contrast in order toanalyze and contrast the words system, the semantic categories and the cognition ofmetaphor of words about go on foot of the human beings. We have found out thesimilarities and also distinguished the differences between English-Chinese fromthose contrast and analysis. We have got further comprehension of the two languages,which helped learners both to Chinese and to English greatly.To analyze and contrast the classification of word group is not only in favor oflay down the instructional strategies of Chinese Teaching As a Second Language,especially the teaching of the Chinese vocabulary, but also in favor of promote thedevelopment of research of the Chinese vocabulary. The common characters and thespecific characters of two languages could be distinguished by these contrast, it willhelp us to formulate the instructional strategies which is better for the Chineseteaching as a second language. |
