The values of college students’ choice of entrepreneurial projects mostly characterized by science and technology entrepreneurship and opportunity, entrepreneurial and with the workers and peasants’entrepreneurship has a fundamental difference.College students’entrepreneurship is in lack of venture capital and entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial skills. College students’ entrepreneurship has the characteristics of the study, experiment and exploration, therefore college students entrepreneurial values has outstanding innovative. The generation of college students’ entrepreneurial values also has its particularity, which shows the unity of the survivability and growth. College students’ entrepreneurship must first solve the problem of its own survival and on the basis of realize their life values.
