Entrepreneurship, which the most undergraduates concern, is a focus in social and economic world. Entrepreneurship values, which based on one's needs, is about people's realizing the importance of starting a new business and its own way and the criterion to take action, are the important part of the people's values. Entrepreneurship values regulate people's goals, the way and the process of starting a new business. This study aims to develop an Undergraduates' Entrepreneurship Values Questionnaire and use it to make an investigation in some universities.Based on summarizing the documents, the investigation of open-ended questionnaire, visiting the undergraduates and discussing with psychological experts, the theoretical hypothesis is constructed. By The factor analysis of the informal questionnaire, we develop the formal questionnaire and verify its reliability and validity. We use the formal questionnaire to investigate 718 undergraduates to find some characters of them and we test the structure of entrepreneurship values by Structural Equation Model. The main results of this study are as follows:1.The undergraduates' entrepreneurship values are a multi-level and multi-dimensional model. We research it at two levels. At the first level entrepreneurship values consist of values of entrepreneurship goals, values of entrepreneurship means and values of entrepreneurship estimate. At the second level the values of entrepreneurship goals includes the goals about altruism, self- development, benefit, reputation, and spirit. The values of entrepreneurship means consist of validity, agility and innovation; and the values of entrepreneurship estimate includes two dimensions: estimate to object and estimate to oneself.2. On the base of the theoretical hypothesis, we form the elementary questionnaire and investigate 326 undergraduates. We develop the formal questionnaire by item analysis and factor analysis. The index of reliability and validity is good. All of above shows the undergraduates' entrepreneurship values questionnaire is a scale suitable to measure the undergraduates' entrepreneurship values.3. We use the formal questionnaire to survey 718 undergraduates from 5 universities. Demo logical variables, such as gender, grade, origin, etc. The effect is statically significant in some dimensions. In the whole, the undergraduates 'entrepreneurship values shows the characteristics as follows: firstly, multiplicity of the values of entrepreneurship goals ; secondly, imbalance of the values of entrepreneurship means; finally, optimism of the values of entrepreneurship estimate.
