With the development of China’s economy, our country now pays more attention to the cultivation of talents. Our country profoundly realizes that science and technology are the first motive forces in national development, and that talents are the driving forces for social progress. Education plays an irreplaceable role in the whole country. Good education can better maintain social order. The translation materials belong to the field of education, mainly discussing the relationship between education and the social order. This translation materials selected from Bertrand Russell’s Education and the Social Order book of the first chapter, the fourth chapter and the fourteenth chapter. The selected chapters include the significance of education, the methods of guidance concerning children’s behavior, the influence of economic factors on education. Aiming at the problems in the translation process, the translator adopts the appropriate feasible strategies. Based on the problems in the translation, the translator adopts word formation, increase in translation, and the methods of attributive clauses. Finally, the translator summarizes the experience of the translation process, and provides some reference and help for future translation.
