"Family resemblances" theory has the important status in the late Wittgenstein thought. The theory of application is very wide, not only reveals his philosophy of language, but also converts aesthetic concepts of great significance. This paper attempts to regard Wittgenstein’s "Family resemblances" theory as the core, to reveal its important position in the process of transformation. Aesthetics from the traditional to the modern aesthetics aesthetic concepts. The first chapter expatiates transformation of Wittgenstein’s way of thinking in philosophy of language "family resemblances" theory and reveal the important content of this theory. The second chapter expatiates late Wittgenstein before the analysis of the essence of beauty, points out the theory of "Family resemblances" how radically deconstructs the traditional aesthetics. The third chapter reveals Wittgenstein "Family resemblances" aesthetic idea has very important function and meaning, it makes aesthetics to breakthrough the limitation of Hegel’s artistic philosophy, embarks from the form of life to understand the aesthetic, aesthetic theory has enlightenment significance to modern life.
