A Study On The Narrative Strategy Of Domestic Scene Comedy Since The New Century

In the new century, with the development, economic progress and the change of the concept about audience life, situation comedy has its own drama narrative strategy in the development and inheritance. This article is based on many typical situation comedies in the new century. By analysis, we are talking about the regular common features of the situation comedies in the narrative strategies which are from the perspective of creative works.In this paper, I analyze and research the narrative strategies of situation comedies in new century by three parts. The first part is talking about subject setting strategies of the situation comedies that the subjects have some daily-oriented features and pay close attention to the growing concern. The second part is talking about the research of narrative structure arrangement in the situation comedies. With different from the single line of narrative structure arrangement early stage, the mufti-line cross-narrative approach is gradually being adopted. Creators are using more and more new techniques such as flashback and new ways to find the space such as core space, auxiliary space and comic space in their works. In the third part, we are mainly talking about the shaping strategy of characters and language in the situation comedy.The situation comedy is introduced in China in a short time. As the lack of the theoretical guidance and the impacts of market and demands of audiences, our situation comedy creation has the problem of vulgarization and homogenization. In this paper, I provide some valuable suggestions and opinions for the development of our situation comedies to find our own way to breakthrough.
