Research On The Development Strategy

Founded in 2004, TTIT is a translation and interpretation training and providing institute, providing translation and interpretation services, training, simultaneous interpretation equipment and developing and designing equipment and tools for studying translation and interpretation. Over the past 10 years, TTIT has grown up with a great reputation. So far, it’s been recognized and accredited by Translation Association of China as one of the top ten best translation institutes across the nation and designated as one of the registration and training institutes fCATTI, a national translation and interpretation test co-founded by Ministry of Humor an Resources and Social Securities and China International Publishing Group.However, in 2010 the rapid growth of TTIT since its founded moderated, and then started to undergo downdraft, which was the result of changes brought by the national macro economic and political conditions. In addition, some chronicle problems in the management of the company that emerged as its revenues decreased.Based on the theories and methodologies of strategic development and research, this article will give a full and thorough analysis on the internal and external conditions of the company by utilizing some analytic methodologies such as, SWOT and PEST so as to identify its strength and weakness while being full aware of its potential opportunities and risks. This article will also help to come up with solutions to getting the company out of this complex plight by redeveloping its strategies on development.
