Sports dance,as an artistic expression integrating sports, dance, music, and aesthetics, has attracted a large number of fans with its unique. It not only has kinematic and physiological value in improving environment of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, starting from the micro and macro levels, internal and external perspectives. To promote sports dance courses in many universities in Inner Mongolia. This establishment of sports dance courses in 17 undergraduate colleges in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(hereinafter referred to as many universities in Inner Mongolia). The current situation and influencing factors of sports dance courses offered by colleges and universities were analyzed in depth. The research results are as follows:(1)The cloning Bach coefficients of the dominant factor and the opportunity factor in the index system are 0.831 and 0.806,and bothcoefficients are greater than 0.8,indicating that the index has good internal consistency;the cloning Bach coefficients of the inferior and challenging factors are 0.782 and 0.740,and both coefficients are greater than 0.7,indicating that the indicator also has high credibility. The KMO value of the indicator system is 0.764,the Bartlett value is 450.365,and the P value is close to 0,indicating that the index system can be used as an index system to study the influencing factors of the establishment of sports dance courses in many Inner Mongolian universities.(2)Currently,sports dance classes in many Inner Mongolia Universities yet reached comprehensive coverage, although in recent years the number of Sports Dance Course in trend growth, the creation of institutions of this program has reached nine, sports dance of many Inner Mongolian universities.(3)73.91 percent of teachers believe that the retraining courses and the promotion of national policies, the development of sports dance lines, education funding students increase in disposable funds, the advantages of expanding the market of sports dance talent and innovation in the development of modern multimedia technology has a direct relationship.(4)Insufficient details of relevant laws and regulations, inadequate supervision and management measures, low revenue from venue facilities, excessive training participation expenses, insufficient development funding, too few publicity channels, lack of related resources, poor lifestyle of college students, lack of standardized teaching, disadvantages such as the lack of rationality in the allocation of teachers are the main factors limiting the course offered in many universities in Inner Mongolia.(5)The imbalance of educational resources in the central and western regions, the impact of the "National Fitness Program",theimplementation of the "Cultural Self-confidence" policy, the political and economic benefits of the "Belt and Road" business chain, the sports industry becoming a new economic growth point, and virtual reality technology.Factors such as rapid promotion and scientific training methods have provided new development opportunities for many universities in Inner Mongolia.(6)Insufficient venues and facilities seriously affect the establishment of the course in many Inner Mongolia universities.82.61 percent of teachers and 81.72 percrnt students believe that the universities have insufficient venues, and there are significant differences(p ?0.01)between the established and non-institutional sports and dance venues..In addition, the plight of Inner Mongolia colleges and universities to provide this course is also related to threats such as poor venue operation and management, lagging in related supporting policies, competition in other sports, insufficient population of sports dance, unreasonable teacher structure, and difficulty in technical learning. Therefore,in order to optimize the opening of sports dance courses in many universities in Inner Mongolia,we must start from the two aspects:the courses own strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and threats;and macroeconomic factors such as policies, economics, society, and technology. This study puts forward the following suggestions for promoting this process in many universities in Inner Mongolia:(1)Take advantage of its own advantages, seize external opportunities, and guide the economic development of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in accordance with relevant national policy documents. To solve the dilemma of sports dance talents, technology and other resources needs as a breakthrough, with the goal of developing sports dance, and formulate the "SO + PEST" growth-oriented development strategy to create favorable economic conditions for the establishment of sports dance courses in many Inner Mongolian universities.(2)Strengthen its own advantages, avoid external threats, make full use of existing political, social, economic, cultural and technical resources, formulate "ST+PEST" diversified development strategies, integrate unique Inner Mongolia national culture in sports dance, and create "Inner Monte-style" sports dance injects new vitality into sports dance culture.(3)Overcome the obstacles of inferiority, resolve the threat factors, and start from the root problem, formulate the development strategy of "WT+PEST" defensive development strategy, which can overcome its hidden problems and reduce the threat to it from external potential factors through measures such as enriching teaching content, expanding the teaching group and unifying the teaching material outline.(4)Make use of development opportunities to make up for potential shortcomings, and formulate "WO+PEST" reverse development strategies. That is to face up to the practical problems existing in many universities in Inner Mongolia and use the rapid development of the sports industry in the new era to help solve problems such as the lack of attention of school leaders and the inadequacy of professional teachers.Another way, increase capital investment, deepen curriculum reform, and promote the opening of sports dance courses in many universities in Inner Mongolia.(5)From the formulation of specific measures,we should proceed from four levels: government level, school level, teacher level, and student level.Firstly, the government should strengthen the guidance and support functions, improve relevant laws and regulations, improve the supervision and management and security system;secondly, university education should seek to balance all kinds of sports development projects, coordinated school sports,well-developed talent introduction system to avoid education "Wooden barrel effect" appears;and then,we should guide teachers to participate in the various disciplines of teaching and research and vocational training to update teaching concepts, improve teaching quality;finally,we should change students' original sports view, help develop healthy physical exercise habits and guide students to participate in sports dance.
