In recent years,the rapid development of culture performance industry in China presents a scene of prosperous growth trend as a whole.So far,most Chinese culture enterprises are still at the stage of small,scattered and early development,at a disadvantage place in the overall competition of the international performance market.So the research on the orientation and strategy of local culture enterprises is positive to improve the competitiveness of Chinese culture enterprises.In this paper,the research object of a specific Chinese art and culture company focused on the characteristics of tradition,nation and culture heritage,tried to preserve and develop traditional culture and art through the commercial operation.It's representative of commercial application in the field of art and culture in contemporary China.After analyzing research on the situation of domestic and international performance market,comparing the performance of the bilateral trade,the paper shows the trend of the development of performance market.Using a variety of scientific analysis methods including SWOT,PEST,IFE and EFE matrix,internal and external environment changes of the enterprise and operating conditions are analyzed.And QSPM matrix is used for the further selection of alternative strategies.To maintain and expand the brand's core business development,the concentric diversification and vertical integration strategy is proved,which contains giving full play to the company's dominant advantages,gradually expanding the industrial layout of the company along with certain industry chain,and giving full penetration in related fields.In the last chapter,the paper puts forward to establish 4 key supporting system of security strategy implementation.To ensure the effective implementation,BSC is suggested to track and control the strategy implementation from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation.
