According to the approach/inhibition theory of power, high power individuals have more resources, more positive emotional experience, ignore the punishment and focus on reward, their behavior is more open and free. Low power of the individual, on the other hand, have less resources, experience negative emotions, pay attention to punishment and possible threat. Therefore, they would like to control their behavior to avoid punishment. Then, individuals with different power tend to have a big difference in decision-making. The first study uses the method of questionnaire. At first, power questionnaire is used to measure the individual’s internal power awareness, then, use the word search task trigger individual perception of external power, and asked subjects to do risk decision task finally. Found that, in the results of the inherent power awareness, the overall average of university students inherent power awareness is higher, power within the perception of gender difference is not significance, the power of the school of science living perceived higher than that of the school of arts living, with grade increasing, the power of the college students perceive a downward trend. Observing the differences of risk decision in the internal and external power matching, the individual Internal power is matching the external power make the same risk decision with their behavior style of internal power. When their internal power is inconsistent outside power, compared with in the condition of consistent, the results of the risk decision difference is obvious. In view of the question of first study proposed, in the second study, this article discusses the the role of emotion in the relationship between power and risk decisions. Using the Eprime program present the experimental process, the participants complete the experiment subject according to the instructions in order. With emotional film start with happiness and sadness, the results show that the emotional start effect is good. In different mood start conditions, significant difference was found in results of risk decision-making. However, compared with the control group, the risk decision-making of sadness group is not significant difference, and the risk decision of different power subjects inside sadness group is also not significant difference; Happiness, conversely, obviously improve the level of risk decision-making, happiness group compare with the control group and hapiness group inside have significant difference in risk decision, further discussion found that happy mood in the relationship between power and the risk decision-making play fully the role of mediation. Finally, this artical discussed the results of data, and put forward the insufficient research of this paper and prospect.
