This study aims to investigate the college students’ micro-expression recognition capabilities, the theory of mind, empathy,prosocial tendencies, the quality of interpersonal communication, and the relationship between them. Give inspiration to college students who confused in interpersonal interaction, to promote college students’ self-awareness,strengthen them self-confidence, establish a comfortable interpersonal atmosphere and promote their individual development. Using the method of measurement to sampling survey of 150 college students, have a brief description on college students’ micro-expression recognition, the theory of mind, empathy, prosocial tendencies and the quality of interpersonal communication. Analysis the relationship between them. The main conclusions of this study has the following several aspects:1.There are 44.6 percent of college students have no distress when integrate with others, they have a better relationships; another 38.13 percent of college students have less trouble when communicating with others and 17.27% of the students have more and serious problems. In the four aspects of scale,the number of people, who was confused by communication and making friends with others, are more than the other three aspect and followed by communicating,treating people, interact with the opposite sex. The household register differences are the obvious impact on interpersonal relationships, when interacting with others, rural students to be more confused than urban students.2.The household register differences and the sex differences are the noticeable impact on the micro-expressions. Male college students are bad than women; rural college students are bad than urban students. The only child or not,sex are the main effects.3.Sex differences are the noticeable on the level of the theory of mind. Male college students are bad than women, sex is the main effect.4.Sex differences are the noticeable on the level of empathy. Male college students are bad than women. In the four aspects of scale, in the aspect of fantasy and personal pain, sex is the main effect.5.If student have more confused in interpersonal relationships, his micro-expressions recognize will worse; if student’s ability to identify micro-expressions is good, his theory of mind’s level will high; if student’s ability to identify micro-expressions is good, his empathy’s level will high; if students theory of mind’ level is good, his empathy’s level will high; if student’s empathy’s level is high, his prosocial tendencies will high.6.Micro-expression recognition ability to predict the effects of interpersonal relationships have a negative score; the ability to identify micro-expressions to predict psychological theory has a positive effect; the ability to identify micro-expressions to predict empathy scores has a positive effect; the development level of theory to predict empathy scores has a positive effect; the level of empathy to predict pro-social tendencies has a positive effect.
