Micro-expression means a temporary and uncontrollable expression when people try to repress or hide their real emotion. During interpersonal communication,micro-expression plays a significant role by effectively observe and identify others. This research selects 295 graduates from Nanjing Normal University and Hohai University as the research targets. It combines questionnaire and experimental methods and adopts 2 (high-level and low -level interpersonal communication) * 3(positive emotional Priming, negative emotional priming and contrast team) to design. On basis of the research on interpersonal communication, it utilizes the Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnosis Graph composed by Zheng Richang to explore the differences on demographic variables of interpersonal communication. As well, according to score, it divides the 160 examinees into high level interpersonal communication group (former 27% of scores)and low level interpersonal communication group (latter 27% of scores), separately containing 80 members. It respectively applies MEET to test micro-expression identification before and after emotional arousal. The main results about the research show as following:(1) Overall graduate interpersonal communication is fine generally. The interpersonal communication score only demonstrate gender and academic gaps in communication dimension. And the general score and left factors do not show demographic variables differences.(2) Graduates with various interpersonal communication levels show obviously in micro-expression identification. The examinees of high level group is obviously higher than the examinees from low level group.(3) After making affective priming for examinees, positive affective priming group, negative affective priming group and no affective priming contrast group contains obvious differences about micro-expression identification abilities and then it also presses ahead the verfication by pairs. The results demonstrate that positive affective priming group is markedly higher than contrast group, positive affective priming group is markedly higher than negative affective priming group and contrast group is markedly higher than negative affective priming group.
