Development of technology and the Internet diversify the forms of communication of modern society. The content industry whitch is only controlled by mass media and big company during former period has also been influenced by price reduction which is caused by development of technology and interactive communication function of the Internet. The birth of SNS make individuals send information easily. This change promoted creative activities of amateur artists. In 2007, Hatsune Miku, Vocal Synthesizer Application, was born in Japan. It was became popular that making a work of Hatsune Miku and posting it on the internet. The concert of Hatsune Miku which broke the oldshcool concerts attracted her fans all over the world.The paper selected the communication phenomenon between human and virtual character occurring in concert of Hatsune Miku as the object of study. The research conducted a questionnaire survey on fans of Hatsune Miku who had joined the concert on the Internet and analyze the feeling of the fans that when they are trying to communicate with virtual character, their attitude to virtual character and the communication between human and virtual character and personal communication which occur in the concert hall. The study found that the fans do not always contended that they can communicate with Hatsune Miku. Communications between unspecified large number of people are occure in the concert. The image of character of Hatsune Miku that the fans have are basically made by the experiences that the fans get by enjoying unspecified large number of works of Hatsune Miku. In the process of sharing aggregation of common experiences of unspecified large number of works of Hatsune Miku, they unconsciously share the information that forms the image of character of Hatsune Miku, and the image that the fans commonly have is formed.
