The rhythmic theory of Yongming is the crystallization of the rhythmic theorydevelopment of JiLiang period poetry, its produce has the vital significance in thehistory of Chinese literature. The generation of the rhythmic theory of Yongming is notonly improve the inevitable requirement of literary development, but also the inevitableresult of the interaction of literature factors. The separation of poetry and music laid thefoundation of the rhythmic theory of Yongming, verse style transformation andinteraction, exploration, buddhist literati inspiration is one of the important conditionsof the rhythmic theory of Yongming’s produce, QiLiang style and literary thought is soilfor the rhythmic theory of Yongming’s production and development."Four toneseight disease" is the core of the rhythmic theory of Yongming, interpretation of differentsound disease has always been the focus of academic debate. From the date of therhythmic theory was born, the rhythmic theory of Yongming played an important role inQiLiang poetry creation, however, this period of poetry creation in significances ofusing displays diverse characteristics. The reason of QiLiang poetry writing during theperiod of using the rhythmic theory of Yongming is various, both the diversity ofliterary creation and literary aesthetic interest, also has the poetry of a diversifieddevelopment, the rhythmic theory of Yongming at the beginning of the produce hassome limitations is also can’t allow to ignore. We should have a dialecticalunderstanding of the rhythmic theory of Yongming, fully absorb and carry forward thereasonable composition, clear understanding of the negative factors and avoidconsciously.
