Research On The Management And Response Of Contemporary Art College Students’ Employment Pressure

In recent years,the employment of college students has been a hot topic in our society.Compared with ordinary college students,art college students have relative particularity in the face of employment problems.According to the data published in "2019 China University and professional undergraduate employment rate ranking",music performance,painting and other majors have become the lowest employment rate majors.Based on this,this study starts from the current situation,causes,mechanism,performance and influence of the employment pressure of art college students,and makes a comprehensive study on the employment pressure of art college students by using the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey.On this basis,it puts forward the countermeasures to promote the employment of art students,relieve their employment pressure,and adjust the management of self employment pressure,so as to promote economic development,social security and stabilize the physical and mental health of art students.This study found that: the overall employment pressure of art college students is at a medium high level,and the employment pressure has an impact on the physiological level,emotional level,behavioral level and cognitive level of art college students,but most art college students can actively deal with the employment pressure.On this basis,this study analyzes the reasons for the higher employment pressure of art college students,including professional reasons,self reasons,school reasons and social reasons,and puts forward strategies to alleviate the employment pressure of art college students from their own,family,University and social levels.
