The Communist Party Of China Receives Reconstruction Of Jilin City During The War Of Liberation

Jilin City was the capital city and the political,commercial,cultural center of Jilin Province during The Liberation War.CPC had taken over the Jilin City twice.The first time was in 1945.After the Japanese Imperialism had been defeated,with the assistance of Soviet Red Army,CPC had taken over the Jilin City by a serious of struggle.Then the CPC tried to start society reformations.In 1946,the CPC abandoned Jilin City.The time that the first time CPC taking over Jilin City was short,but CPC members receive lots of experience.That was the foundation of the second time that CPC took over the city.The second time that CPC took over Jilin City was in March 9th1948.The No.60 KMT Army escaped west to Changchun.Jilin City was liberated again.After the March 9thliberation,CPC started to make society reformation totally,including:recovering of the social order and economic production;reformation of the basic government;making clear of the society atmosphere.After the reformation Jilin City become the base of PLA. It made great contribution to the liberation War,Socialist Construction and even the Korea War.
