A Study On Taking-over Of Dalian City By CPC After The Victory Of The Anti-Japanese War (1945-1949)

Dalian was one of the first major cities that got liberation. Soviet Red Army sent troops into Luda according to the relevant treaty after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. Due to the special political situation, the Communist Party in Dalian did not make public events like other liberated areas. Therefore, studying how the Communist Party took over Dalian after the war, first of all, has an important value for us to have a comprehensive understanding of Dalian’s real history in the early liberation; Secondly, these contribution to Dalian of revolution doyen is worthy of more people to remember.With the method of combining history and logic, this paper combines how the Communist Party lead people in Dalian to change this city which was occupied by Japan for 40 years to a new city in which people are masters.From the international and domestic background at that time, this paper states the opportunities and challenges when the Party took over Dalian. Then, the paper introduces the main work during the time of taking over of Dalian in the aspects of building the Party and people’s regime, consolidating power, taking over the industrial enterprises to develop production, in charge of the news organizations and establish people’s education career.Finally, the paper summarizes the basic experience of Communist Party success in taking over Dalian. By summing up, we can realize the significant construction achievement of taking over Dalian offered a large number of strategic materials for the liberation of the northeast and the victory of the war of national. It also trained many cadres and industrial management talent for new China and it also offered the experience for taking over other cities.Review of history, exploring the road of the Communist Part ruling of China undoubtedly has important value in carrying out construction and management for today’s urban. It also hopes that this article can make up hole of academic study of Dalian from the angle from taking over, and make some developments.
