The CPC 's "United Government" And The Kuomintang' S Coping

The idea "Coalition government",firstly put forward by President Roosevelt during The Cairo conference,was proposed to Chiang Kai-shek. However, there is no response. Then the idea appeared again in the interaction between American diplomats and The U.S. government senior. It was a pity that The national party pushed it from pillar to post, and refused to accept it. Fortuitously, The communist party of China adopted the idea, when the party contacted with American diplomats,hearing it. Lin Boqu, the delegate of the communist party of China, putted forward it Publicly for the first time in the report about negotiation between the two parties in The national political council On September 15,1944.In the following two and a half years,the two parties centered on the idea and launched into military struggle and negotiation battles violently, because of the huge fundamental differences,they failed to reach a compromise finally.Based on some literatures including published archives, memoirs, newspapers and periodicals, as well as some other information, this thesis has systematically studied the origin of the thought of "Coalition government", the concept of it of The communist party of China, the coping strategy of The national party,the conflicts and struggles between the two parties on the idea of "Coalition government", and the finale of concept of the idea of The communist party of China, and has achieved some new conclusions from the perspective of the history of ideas. This thesis is mainly composed of the introduction and the body. The introduction part chiefly elaborated the reason why the author chooses this topic. The body part has four aspects. Firstly, the author inspects the origin of the thought of "Coalition government". Currently, there are two main viewpoints in academia. One thinks the idea derives from America, and its appeared has American factors. While the other considers it the product of The communist party of China itself. Through analysis of the two viewpoints, it is concluded that the thought of "Coalition government" originates from America. Secondly, the author explores the concept of the idea of The communist party of China, and the coping strategy of The national party, analyzes the nature, the realization form, the essence of both the "Coalition government" of The communist party of China, and the reorganization of the government of The national party, concludes that the concept of the two parties has differences in theory. Thirdly, the author investigates the conflicts and struggles between the two parties on the idea of "Coalition government", delves the matters and characteristics, deems that the control to the way of China to choose in the future is the core of the dispute between the two parties. Fourthly, after the collapse of negotiations, the practice of the reorganization of the government, and the finale of concept of "Coalition government" of The communist party of China, indicates dependence on the force as a prop too excess, and absolute confidence in the correctness of the concept of their own regime constructions,inevitably results in the aggravation of the previous historical grievances and the real crisis of confidence. In a word, from the perspective of the history of ideas, the difference of the concept of the two parties has had a great impact on the competition of the negotiation, meanwhile the competition of the negotiation also directly reflects the military struggle in the battlefield. Therefore, the control to the way of China to choose in the future not only depends on concept, but also calculates much more on the power.
