Classroom management is a kind of activity that ensure teaching in order, smoothly, efficiently. Teachers adjust these factors, including teacher herself, learners, learning environment, teaching rules and so on. It can promote learners’language ability and comprehensive ability. The characteristics of Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language makes itself different from common classroom management. It has it own special features. In the Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language work, teaching tasks are mainly accomplished through classroom teaching, so the classroom teaching is the most important among our teaching activities. In addition, classroom teaching is closely attached with classroom management all the time, it can not be carried out without the help of classroom management. A good classroom activity is based on teacher’s ability of classroom management. Classroom management provides a guarantee that make teaching program smoothly and orderly. As a consequence, the ability of classroom management is very important for a novice teacher of Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language. In a word, it’s necessary to promote this kind of ability. Teacher’s narrative research is a type of research method of quality. Using this method, researchers record the teachers’experience, thinking, feeling, the situations of different events. Then, making an analysis of those events which is hidden behind, to provide abundant materials and instruct our teaching activity. These all processes are going with practice. Based on teacher’s narrative research, linked with the teaching practice diary of classroom management, the paper aimed at making an analysis of classroom management, pointing out the shortcomings of writer. Then, summarizing the experience and reconsidering what should be promoted. Finally, put forward some superficial proposals.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is instruction, discussing the reason that why this topic was chose.and also discusses the purpose, significance, research methods, data sources and literature review of this paper. The literature review contains two parts. One is the history and current situation of domestic and foreign educational narrative research; The other one is the current situation of Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language. Based on this, pointing out the innovation and shortcoming of this paper. The second chapter introduces the main theoretical basis of this paper, including the definition and scope of classroom management. The third chapter makes an analysis of classroom management, relating to the factors such as teachers, students, environment, rules. The analysis resource of the paper is from writer’s teaching diary. The fourth chapter aims at summing up the experience. Suggestions are raised based on above analysis. The fifth chapter is conclusions, mainly to have a elaboration of the general situation of this paper, and figure out the deficiencies.
