The orderly development of classroom teaching activities and highly efficient accomplishment of classroom teaching aim is inseparable from efficient classroom behavior management.The classroom Chinese language teaching for overseas students at home and traditional Chinese language teaching are different from the Chinese teaching abroad.The teaching objectives and teaching situations faced by teachers are becoming more and more complex and classroom behavior management is facing more challenges.This paper focuses on the Chinese language classroom teaching for overseas students at home and the respondents are the overseas students from International Culture and Education College of HeiLongJiang University and its Chinese teachers for overseas students.The survey of classroom Chinese language teaching management for overseas students was made by means of contrastive analysis and case analysis.Also,this paper discusses and analyses main six elements affecting Chinese language classroom teaching management for overseas students.The main six elements are study motive,classroom principle,classroom problems behavior,classroom environment,the relationship between teachers and students and cultural conflict;This paper puts forward efficient and specific strategy to improve classroom behavior management in terms of six aspects as the follows: motivating students' learning motivation,establishing and carrying out classroom behavior management specifications,treating classroom problems and behaviors rationally,optimizing classroom environment,establishing harmonious relationship in classroom and dealing with cross cultural communication with tolerate mental state.
