In our country, more and more attention has been taken in the development of culture industry. In order to promote the culture industry, the government put forward a series of preferential policies, and these preferential policies penetrate in the fiscal, taxation, finance, land, talents and many other aspects. Because of the characteristics of the diversification and dispersion, the directive property and the time of unveil policies are relatively scattered. Therefore, it is selected the topic of THE RESERCH OF CHINA’S CULTURE INDUSTRY PREFERENTIAL POLICY to combine and integrate the relevant policies, to study the situation of unveiling and implementing, and to make rational analysis of theoretical construction, thus to provide theoretical guidance of Chinese preferential policies.This paper includes four levels:the first part mainly studies the meaning of China’s culture industry preferential policy and policy background, and policy development;The second part is the content of Chinese culture industry preferential policy; The third part is the overseas cultural industry preferential policy successful experience for reference; The fourth part is chapter put forward some concrete problems of China’s culture industry preferential policy and improvement Suggestions.This paper is emphasis on the effect of the preferential policies of cultural industry, especially on the fiscal and taxation policies. It devotes to the culture industry to provide the corresponding information for reference. And it also points out some shortcomings and suggestions of these preferential policies. By reading and analyzing a large number of policies, combing theory and practice analysis, thus to explore the policy system and propulsion plan which are suitable to realistic developing and industrial promoting.
