Research On The Problem Of Economic Policy In The Course Of China Cultural Industry Development

Cultural industry is a sun rise industry of 21^st century; it grows up a tendency of the world today. Cultural industry is in virtue of high-tech measure, through industrialized production and marketable operation, obtains driving power of high-speed development, brings influence than ever before, and it changes our life style in some sense. Considering the factors of cultural industry existent and developing, policy is the biggest variable which affects cultural industry, and that economic policy is the support policy of cultural industry developing.Economic policy of cultural industry is an aggregate of economic policies that promote and standardize development of cultural industry stipulated by the government, it is an important component of national economic policies, and it poses a heavy influence on the development of cultural industry, such as to accelerate the growth of cultural industry, to optimize structure of cultural industry, to advance global competitive force of cultural industry.Since cultural industry came into being, China's government has given out numbers of economic policies include finance policies and revenue policies to promote the development of cultural industry. From twenty years' practice of cultural industry, economic policy of cultural industry has promoted the developing of cultural industry infinitely, and gained plentiful and substantial fruit. But it should admitted that there are shortcomings and defects in China's existing economic policies of cultural industry which hold up the further development of cultural industry, such as lack for support of finance, heavy scot, difficult financing, block of trade and so on.The first part of this article looks back existent economic policies of cultural industry since the industry came into being, the second part analyzes problems during the course of economic policy of cultural industry actualizing, the third and fourth parts use for reference from overseas experience, and then try to look for ways to perfect economic policy of cultural industry in our country, which is the end of this article's research.
