Career decision-making difficulty is defined as the all-possible difficulties that one may encounter during the process of career decision-making.This study first surveys the current situation of college students’career decision-making difficulties, and than use the technology of the theory of career construction for intervention on college students’career decision-making difficulties.The first research uses the college students career decision-making questionnaire which was complied by Li Na to test 385 students from three colleges, the conclusions are as the following: (1) The average score of questionnaire is 2.69.It indicates that moderate decision-making difficulties,and average score of each factor is between 2.36 and 3.24, emotion discomfort is the highest,the lowest is irrational beliefs; (2) There are significant gender differences in career decision-making difficulties of college students. In career information, external conflict and conflicts subscale, boys show more difficulties than girls; (3) In lack of career information,lack of information access and information explore subscale, sophomore show significantly more difficulties than other grades; (4) In social lack of environment information, science and engineering students show significantly less difficulties than management students, while in external conflict, liberal art students show less significantly difficulties than management students;(5)In lack of career planning,lack of career information, lack of social environment information.external conflict,internal conflict and information explore subscale,the students with high love about major studied show less significantly difficulties than those with average love about major studied, in indecisiveness,lack of self information,internal conflict,emotion discomfort,conflicts subscale and average score of questionnaire,as the degree of major studied loving decreased, difficulties significantly increased;(6)In irrational beliefs and emotion discomfort, students who have a part-time job experience show less significantly difficulties than students who don’t have a part-time experience;(7)In all factors and three subscales,students who receive vocational guidance show less significantly difficulties than those who don’t receive vocational guidance.The second research choose three subjects of higher level of career decision-making difficulties, using multiple baseline design,construction career counseling adopted to carry out individual intervention study. Career construction consulting uses career style interview for tool, knowing the role of participants, favorite magazines or TV programs,favorite story, motto and early memories, through construction, deconstruction and reconstruction, construct the four steps to career counseling. The findings are:(1) In last test, participant one’ scores of internal conflict and emotion discomfort, participant two’ scores of self information and discomfort, participant three’s scores of career plan and emotion discomfort all declined; (2) In time delay test, in addition to participant one’s score of internal conflict shows a little rebound while the other two participants’ scores remain or decline.
