The notes and commentaries on the Book of Changes which was block-printed by Ruan Yuan was recognized as the best version.However,it was carved in haste and not collated perfectly. It has been reproduced from Tongzhi dynasty to the Republic of China and newly increased many errors.The edition published by Zhong Hua Press is the most widespread and influential version.It has been revised and improved on the base of the World Press while following some errors inevitably.Thus it still need emendation.The article is based on the edition published by Zhong Hua Press as the master copy.The other four are the version of Nanchang Goverment,the one of Jiangxi Press,the one of the imperial collection of four and the one of Jiayetang library. The proofreaders are Eight-line version,Ten-line version and other ones inherited from Ruan’s edition.Then the notes of collation is classified and the important ones are chosen to modify the errors of the edition of Zhong Hua Press.These may provide some reference for the usage of Ruan’s edition and classical literature.
